About My Practice
I have completed the comprehensive 2-year Hakomi training program, learning this gentle, body-centered approach to healing and self-discovery. Hakomi integrates mindfulness, nonviolence, and somatic awareness to help clients explore their inner landscape and natural healing wisdom.
Through mindful observation of the body's natural expressions and responses, we work together to uncover patterns that may no longer serve you and discover new possibilities for growth and wellbeing.

Interests & Approach
My healing work is informed by a deep curiosity about the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. Beyond Hakomi, I'm passionate about Ashtanga yoga, energy work, bodywork, philosophy, and cognitive science - all of which enrich my understanding of human experience and transformation.
When I'm not in session or studying, you'll find me running through Boulder's trails, practicing yoga, hiking in the mountains, or learning to climb (my newest adventure!). I believe that play and movement are essential parts of a balanced, joyful life.
What is Hakomi?
Hakomi is a body-centered, mindfulness-based approach to healing that honors the wisdom of the body-mind system. Founded on principles of mindfulness, nonviolence, and organicity, Hakomi helps clients:
- Develop greater body awareness and self-understanding
- Explore unconscious patterns and beliefs
- Access natural healing resources
- Integrate mind, body, and spirit
- Find new pathways to growth and transformation
